Curriculum

I am the head of the department of Fisheries Socioeconomics in the Centro Tecnológico del Mar (CETMAR). In 1994, I obtained a Degree in Law at the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain) and undertook my PhD in Law in 2001 at the same university. From 1998 until 2002 I have worked as legal adviser in the Consellería de Pesca e Asuntos Maritimos in the Regional Government. From May 2002 I work in CETMAR. Currently, as fisheries socioeconomics coordinator, we are the responsible for the management of legal, social or economic projects relating with aquaculture, fisheries and coastal zone planning.
